What we have done in United Kingdom:

Basingstoke and
Deane Borough Council

Tulba Consulting was a joint partner with Locality UK and delivered a ‘State of the Voluntary and Community Sector’ report during the summer of 2019. Project included survey design, interviews, data collection and analysis with full report, data pack with charts and a summary presentation of the main findings.

British Council Korea

We conducted an evaluation of the multi-year Active Citizens programme between January and March 2019. This included preparation of evaluation questions, online participant survey, one-to-one key stakeholder interviews and group workshops in the capital of South Korea, Seoul.

Peter Ashley Activity Centre, Portsmouth

Throughout the winter of 2018 into 2019 we conducted a feasibility study and prepared a business plan aimed at generating new income streams and supporting the mission of the Trust. This work was funded by the Enterprise Development Programme from the Access Foundation.

What we have done in Lithuania:

Kaunas City Municipality

(sport4values.eu)

The Urban Sports and Values research project is a unique area looking at how urban sports could be used to promote European values. The report was a core part of the S4V project; it lies at the heart of the belief that participation in urban sports for young people can develop a series of values and skills as well as a range of psycho-social benefits. The report was completed over 6 months between September 2019 and February 2020 and included stakeholder interviews, a European-wide survey and 2 focus groups – one at Adrenaline Alley BMX and skatepark, UK and the other in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Kaunas 2022
European Capital of Culture

The Creative, Cultural and Community Enterprise (C3E) programme was delivered over 6 months over the autumn of 2019 and winter of 2020. Eight community groups benefitted from diverse 1 day workshops ranging from developing a vision and mission to legal structures, community asset mapping and leadership and communication.

Katalista Ventures

The report Untapped Potential: entrepreneurs hold the key to a flourishing Lithuania was a joint publication commissioned by Katalista Ventures. It explores the current landscape of ‘social enterprises’ in Lithuania and develops a new emerging category of ‘sustainability businesses’ working toward the 3Ps of ‘people, planet and profit.

Joniškis District Municipality

This 2 day workshop was funded by the European Union’s LEADER programme. We gathered some of the brightest aspiring social entrepreneurs together and delivered training on social enterprise legal structures, sources of funding and finance and developing a theory of change and impact evaluation frameworks.
